Disengagement

I am committed to winding down every consulting engagement in a way that ensures maximum security and peace of mind around proprietary information and systems access.

Default Procedure - After 12 months without contact or engagement, my standard policy is to permanently and irretrievably delete all stored account credentials belonging to the client. Work product is generally retained in a secure, password-protected archive which I keep for my own professional reference. There is no associated billable time or cost.

Enhanced Procedure - Upon request, I will inventory all account credentials and provide them in a secure reporting format to the client, then delete all instances of that information from my systems. A complete archive of all generated work product can also be supplied, upon request, to the client. A flat fee of $250 USD must be prepaid for this service.
